Two dimensional mixer, fully known as the two-dimensional motion mixer, as the name implies, refers to the mixer which can move in two directions simultaneously. The two directions of motion are the rotation of the rotary cylinder, and the rotary cylinder swings with the swing frame. The mixed materials move back and forth with the rotation, overturning and mixing of the drum, and also with the swing of the drum. Under the joint action of the two movements, the materials are fully mixed in a short time.
The two-dimensional mixer is composed of three parts: rotary drum, swing frame and frame. The rotary drum is installed on the swing frame, supported by four rollers and axially positioned by two retaining wheels. Among the four supporting rollers, two driving wheels are driven by the rotating power system to make the rotary drum rotate. The swing frame is driven by a group of crank and swing rod mechanisms. The crank and swing rod mechanisms are installed on the frame, and the swing frame is supported on the frame by bearing components, so that the rotating drum can participate in the swing while rotating, and the materials in the drum can be fully mixed.
1. Cycloid pin gear reducer or worm gear reducer is adopted for the second rotation. Compared with the traditional mixer, it has no material accumulation at the bottom, no pollution, convenient flushing, and truly meets the GMP requirements.
2. When working, under the dual action of the rotating mechanism and the swinging mechanism, the charging barrel rotates and swings at the same time, so that the materials in the barrel can be fully mixed.
3. The equipment can be equipped with automatic vacuum feeder and interface to facilitate feeding and shorten operation time. High efficiency and low cost.
