Chemicals Processing LPG Series Stainless Steel Concentrate Pressure Spray Dryer
The spray machine for drying is the technology most widely used in the liquid technology shaping and in the drying industry. The drying technology is the most suitable for producing solid powder or particle products from liquid materials, such as: solvent, emulsion, suspension and pumpable paste states, fro this reason, when the particle size and distribution of the final products, residual water contents. Mass density and the particle shape must meet the precise standard, spray drying is one of the most desired technology.
Work principle
This machine is open circulation type, concurrent flow type, atomizing is centrifugal type, and operated in soft negative pressure condition. The drying medium air is purified by pre, middle, and high-efficiency filter, and then heated to hot air by the heater. Then the hot air enters the spray drying chamber through hot air distributor. Material is transferred to the atomizer by the pump, then atomized to small for drops by the centrifugal atomizer. Forgdrops contact with hot air fully and be dried. Powder product is collected by cyclone separator and the air is exhausted.

Working Principle of Lab Scale Spray Dryers
The air are filtered and heated ,then into the distributor on the top of the dryer, spiral hot air evenly go into drying chamber .
Liquid through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer on the top of the tower , then (rotation)spray into very fine mist droplets,contact with hot air and dried into the finished product in a very short time . Dried product are continuously produced from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone , the exhaust are vented by fan.
